Marbella Discount - Terms and Conditions
  • The card is non-refundable and non-transferable
  • All disputes, claims or complaints for redress will be between the card holder and the merchant.
  • Only cards with the authorised signatures will be accepted.
  • The Discount Card will not be accepted outside the dates displayed on the revere of the card. This will be the case even if the travel dates are changed through no fault of the card holder.
  • Discounts will only be given on presentation of the card.
  • The merchants taking part in the Discounts direct Scheme offer ‘genuine discounts’ on services and products, which are contractually bound to Discounts Direct affiliate conditions.
  • The discount level will be the discount level quoted in the visitors guide only.
  • Discounts Direct Ltd have taken all reasonable care to ensure that only properly managed and reputable merchants of good standing are within the Discounts Direct Scheme. Discounts Direct Ltd., however, are not liable for any deficiencies in service, quality or merchandise, health and safety concerning a particular merchant.
  • Holders of the Discounts Direct Card recognise and accept that they visit any merchant voluntarily and entirely at their own risk.
  • Discounts Direct Ltd., are not in any way responsible for the conditions of any of the merchants locations, products, third party acts, services or omissions.
  • Whilst the inclusion of merchants on the scheme is offered on the basis of quality, service and acceptance of the scheme, and are contracted so, and, every endeavor has been used to ensure that the information contained in the Visitors Guide, and that which appears on the website is accurate. Discounts Direct Ltd. shall not be liable for loss, expense, damage or inconvenience caused, in whole or in part, by reliance upon such information. The user of the information does so at his, own risk.
  • Discounts Direct ltd. is not responsible in any way for the conduct, or status of the individual merchant at the point of card use.
  • Discounts Direct Ltd. is not liable in any way for merchants on the scheme who liquidate, close or are closed during the print period of the Visitors Guide.
  • Discounts Direct Ltd. are not responsible for deviation in any merchant details which appear in the Visitors Guide.
  • Discounts Direct Ltd., are not responsible for Merchants being unavailable due to holiday or any other closure, be it partial, or complete.
  • The card will not give you preferential table booking facilities.
  • The full discount will only be awarded on one bill if you all within the party present the card. (i.e. if four people dine, four cards need to be presented).
  • The card holder will not be entitled to any discount if you cannot present the card, even if you are part of a group that has cards.
  • No replacement or refunds will be given for lost or stolen cards.
  • The card must be presented before the service or product is requested. All card holders must produce the card.
  • The personal information that is provided by members in their membership applications, in the future will be used by Discount del Sol or its legal representative for the purpose of administrating membership and bonus points. Personal information may also be used to verify and execute orders and coordinate promotions/offers and other activities by Discount del Sol. In connection with this, the information may be made available to Discount del Sol’s partners. The information may also be used for marketing outside the framework of membership.
  • Through membership application or use of a membership card, the member consents to the above-mentioned use of personal information and agrees to accept information and marketing material according to the above by mail, e-mail or SMS, provided that the member has provided his/her address, e-mail address or mobile phone number to Discount Direct at the time of application or some later date.
