Terra Sana, literally meaning ‘healthy earth’ tries to create just that. Sitting right by Puerto Banus, Terra Sana attracts some of the areas trendiest clientele and has captured the hearts of those who love to look good and feel good. It’s set out across two floors, with an outdoor terrace to catch a bit of sun. The restaurant serves the freshest food made with only the best ingredients from around the area. For breakfast they serve bagels, omelettes, muesli, fresh fruit, and my personal favourite the salmon and scrambled eggs dish! Onto lunch and dinner they do some great Main Courses including the ‘Catch of the Day’ and fillet of beef as well as some great sandwiches, baguettes, wraps and fresh salads. One of Terra Sana’s greatest assets is its smoothies, with all kinds of fresh fruit combinations, as well as optional extras such as shots of vitamin c, aloe vera and ginseng to name but a few. The restaurant is the perfect hangover cure because you can’t help coming out and feeling good about yourself knowing you have had a hearty healthy meal. Terra Sana takes parties and even does catering if you’re entertaining, it’s a must if you’re staying in the area. Terra Sana have been busy and have now opened up Terra Sana express in Marina Banus shopping mall, La Canada shopping centre, and by Marbella port.
