The Sauer Group of Companies has its roots in the Sauer Property Agency in Nuremberg, which was founded by Fritz Sauer, the father of the current company owner, in 1936. During the late 80s and early 90s they expanded their operations to Spain when offices in Marbella and Mallorca were opened with all projects being located in the upper end of the market. Among classical villas and apartment facilities there are also commercial properties like for example the “Trader Vic´s” Restaurant in Marbella, the “Kempinski Resort Hotel Estepona”, one of the “Leading Hotels of the World” and recently the new luxury shopping centre, “Laguna Village”. The term quality has great importance in all developments of the Sauer Group and is an eye-catcher immediately upon entering one of the houses or apartments: highest standards are dominating all materials used. This, no doubt, is costly but obtains the value of the acquired property over many years. It is outstanding that a lot of attention has been dedicated to the details. In this sense tastefully designed floors, perfectly equipped kitchens and well selected bathroom fittings are just a few of the highlights to be mentioned. The aim is to contribute to the convenience and the perfect satisfaction of the customer. After 70 years Sauer is still on the rise. New projects in both Spain and Germany have already been tackled and are sure to be talked about heavily in the near future.
