The Polly Mar Beauty Spa and Wellbeing Centre is the perfect retreat for the day, with a team of specialists in the fields of acupuncture, naturopathic and homeopathic medicine. The Polly Mar spa unlike many others is above ground benefiting from natural day light with Saunas, an indoor pool, 26 different treatment rooms and a Rasul, which is like an Arabian steam room for mud treatments. There are different themed treatment rooms such as the Japanese room, where shiatsu’s and Thai massage take place and the Asian room which aims for complete relaxation with the accompaniment of oils, essences and a softly moving massage bed. The Spa specialises in natural anti-ageing treatments, they also do a complete body alignment session, perfect for untying all of those knotted areas built up on the golf course.
