The Las Dunas Beach Hotel & Spa Estepona has a touch of class that the other 5* Hotels on the Costa Del Sol cannot boast. It’s 75km away from Malaga airport and is situated in between Marbella and Estepona. The hotel opened its doors in 1996 and as far as credentials go it’s a member of the elite “Leading Hotels of the World,” was given the prestigious “Diamond award” by the American Academy of Hospitality Sciences.

Las Dunas is set on its own private stretch of beach and has extensive lush gardens set around the pool area. There are water sports to be had, golf courses to hit and the spa with a marble steam room, Jacuzzi and treatment rooms to relax in.

Las Dunas Beach and Spa Hotel Rooms

Las Dunas Hotel was completely refurbished in 2006 and is one of the few all-suite hotels along the Costa del Sol. The 88 suites are very spacious with large balconies for that pre-dinner cocktail. They range from one to three bedrooms; some with kitchens, a living area and marble bathrooms, some having a big two person bath, all suites have separate walk-in rain showers.

There are three restaurants in the hotel. A highlight of the hotel is the live entertainment in the evening so make sure you don’t miss the flamenco dancing and get involved when you’ve had enough to drink!

El Lido - is the main hotel restaurant, where guests can dine indoors or out enjoying the views over the gardens and the sea beyond. The restaurant serves up fine Mediterranean food and has an in-house sommelier to help you select an appropriate bottle.

Brasserie Felix - is the best Euro-Asian restaurant on the coast. Headed by Chef Aba who is of Vietnamese origin. Indoor and outdoor dining available and the nightly live music makes for a vibrant evening.

Las Palmeras - is located around the pool and serves a large buffet for lunch and dinner with a wide selection of seafood.

The Serenity Spa as well as the Beauty and Hair Lounge offer a wide range of treatments to rejuvenate the body using the Ligne of St. Barth range of beauty products. There is also a fitness centre, a large outdoor pool with separate children´s pool and a complimentary kid´s club that runs throughout the summer and in the winter holidays.
