About Fusion

Fusion offers something quite unique in the area. Having opened their doors only in December last year the restaurant has gone from strength to strength. Fusion is situated just off the Urbanisation Las Chapas, just to the east of Marbella. Set in a modern building in modern surroundings. The restaurant looks great in the evenings, there's a real openness about the dining area and a fresh breeze whether your sitting inside or out. Theres also a great bar area, with leather sofas and tables for pre and post meal cocktails.

I have never seen a menu quite like Fusions before, the dishes have so many influences from Modern-European to French, to Asian with a selection of Wok and Noodle dishes. To start i had the spicy chicken salad which was fresh and tasty and my fellow diner had the layered foie with goat's cheese which he was raving about until the mains arrived. I then had the Sea Bass which came on a bed of vegetables with a fantastic sauce that needed to be lapped up by a few more potatoes but overrall it was excellent.

Fusion is open for both breakfast and lunch serving tasty modern dishes. For breakfast there are fresh juices, smoothies, cereals, and eggs. For lunch you can have sandwiches, wraps, salads and my favourite a good old smoked salmon bagel.

Talking to Unai the owner of Fusion he says the main challenge for him now is keeping the quality consistently high as demand continues to rise. I say he is doing a great job of achieveing his goal.
